Agreement

By accessing https://mfixmobiles.in or engaging M-Fix Mobiles for repair/training services, you agree to these terms.

Services

Repair feasibility, timelines, and pricing depend on device condition, parts availability, and diagnostic outcomes. Training schedules, modules, and seat availability are communicated at admission.

Payments

Payment terms (advance, milestones, or full payment) will be communicated before service commencement. Taxes or third-party charges may apply as per applicable rules.

Warranty on repairs

Any warranty on repaired work (if offered) is limited to the specific scope documented on your invoice/job sheet and excludes physical damage, liquid damage recurrence, or unauthorised tampering.

Training conduct

Students must follow lab safety instructions and responsible use of tools/equipment. We may refuse continuation for unsafe behaviour or policy violations.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. For repairs, liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service unless mandatory law states otherwise.

Intellectual property

Website content, branding, and training materials are protected. Unauthorised copying or redistribution is prohibited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Hyderabad, Telangana shall have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
